The High Value Cases Are Going to Practices With Pages for Them
Most offices stay busy enough on cleanings. The real question is who gets the implant case, the aligner case, and the cracked tooth at nine at night. Those patients search differently and they compare much harder. Here is what usually keeps a good practice out of those results.
Implants and Aligners Are Buried Under Services
A patient researching implants reads for weeks and chooses based on what they were able to learn before calling. When implants, orthodontics, and veneers are three lines in a list, there is nothing to read and nothing for Google to rank. The practice with a full implant page gets that consult.
The Insurance Question Is Never Answered
The first thing most new patients check is whether you take their plan. If the site does not list what you accept and say plainly what happens for someone who is not covered, a lot of them close the tab and search again. That single gap ends more new patient visits than anything else on a dental website.
Nobody Can Do Anything After Hours
A cracked tooth on a Friday night and a parent booking a first cleaning at ten at night are both real moments. If the only path forward is calling an office that opens Monday, you lose both of them. What the site allows at the moment somebody decides matters as much as whether they found you.
Already Have a Website? Compare It to One Implant Case.
Cannone Marketing does not add SEO to a website you already own. We build a new one from scratch, and for a dental practice that matters because the site most offices have is a homepage, a meet the doctor page, a services list, and a contact form. There is very little in that for Google to match to a specific procedure in a specific town.
Now the money side. Practices routinely pay a dental marketing agency several hundred to a few thousand a month, usually on a long agreement, for work performed on exactly that kind of site. Dental marketing gets priced off what a patient is worth to the practice, and everybody selling into it knows that number.
Cannone Marketing is $199 to start and $49 per month, with no contract at all. This is not a stripped down version of a dental marketing retainer. It is a correctly built website, your Google Business Profile managed every month, and 100 QR review cards shipped to your office, at a flat rate that does not move.
Think about what one implant case or one aligner case is worth to the practice, then take the free homepage demo and decide with something real in front of you.
Compare It Against My Current BillOne Rate, and Nothing Held Back Behind It
There is one price and no contract. Here is exactly what a dental practice gets for $199 up front and $49 per month.
A New Custom Dental Website
A 15 to 25 page website built only for your practice, with a dedicated page for preventive care, fillings and crowns, root canals, extractions, dental implants, clear aligners and orthodontics, cosmetic work and veneers, whitening, dentures, periodontal care, and emergency dentistry, plus new patient information, an insurance and payment page, a page for each dentist with credentials, and a page for every town your patients come from. It is hosted within the AWS infrastructure network which provides the reliability and uptime standards of the world's leading cloud platform, with 256-bit SSL, appointment request forms asking for a name, phone, and preferred time rather than health information, live traffic stats, a favicon, Open Graph social sharing images, cross-browser testing, and your domain name included. Worry-Free Support means any update you need is handled by Mike at no extra charge.
Google Business Profile Management
Dental is one of the categories where proximity matters most, which makes the profile the piece you cannot afford to leave half finished. We fully set it up and optimize it, including categories that genuinely apply to your office rather than one generic label, services, the practice bio, photos, hours, and every field Google asks for. Each month it stays managed and we respond to your reviews on your behalf, written carefully so nothing confirms who is or is not a patient. Weekly posting is not part of the plan and we will never say otherwise.
100 Physical QR Review Cards
We print 100 QR review cards and ship them to your office. Keep them at the front desk and hand one over at checkout after a visit that went well. Dental has an advantage almost nobody else has here, since patients come back on a schedule and the hygienist has already spent forty five minutes with them. Nothing is ever offered in exchange, including contests or a discount on the next visit, since that goes against Google's policies and can get reviews removed.
AI Search Visibility
Patients now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude what implants run, how long aligners take, and whether a cracked tooth is an emergency. Your site is built with GEO and AEO optimization plus sitewide advanced structured data so those tools can clearly read your procedures, your dentists, your service area, and your answers. FAQPage schema goes on every service page and location page, and your site is registered with Google, Bing, Yahoo, AOL, and DuckDuckGo. Advanced on-page SEO covers meta titles, descriptions, alt tags, and proper H1, H2, and H3 structure throughout.
A Consult Is Won Before the Phone Call
Practices ask why the site needs 15 to 25 pages. The reason is that Google ranks pages, not practices, and a patient weighing a large case wants something to actually read.
Count what the office should be found for. Dental implants. Clear aligners. Veneers. Root canals. Emergency dentistry. A child's first visit. Each one is a different patient with a different question and a very different budget. Now multiply that by every town your patients drive in from.
Fifteen to twenty five pages means each procedure gets a page written for the person considering it, each dentist gets a page with credentials, and each town gets a page of its own. Health related pages are held to a higher standard by Google than most topics, so clear signals about who the provider is carry extra weight here. AI tools read the same structure when they decide which practice to name in an answer.
You See the Whole Thing Before You Spend Anything
Fill out the form and Mike builds a real homepage for the practice within 24 hours at no cost, then goes through it with you himself so you see every part of it and can ask whatever you want along the way. No contract, no deposit. If it does not beat what you have now, nothing happens.

Web Design for Dentists
People arrive at a dental website already a little tense, and everything about how it looks and works either settles that or adds to it. A dated layout, slow photos, and a booking path that takes five taps cost a practice real appointments. See how the site itself is built for dental offices.

Why Are People Leaving My Website Without Contacting Me?
Dental sites lose more new patients to unanswered questions than to poor rankings, so this covers why visitors leave without reaching out and what usually turns that around.

Why is my dental office not showing up on Google Maps?
Map placement comes down to how complete and active your Google Business Profile is, how close you are to the person searching, and whether your website backs up what the profile claims. Dental is one of the categories where proximity carries the most weight, so the neighborhoods closest to the office are where you have the best chance. Most practices also pick one category and stop, when the specialty categories that genuinely apply to your office reach separate searches. Cannone Marketing handles the profile and builds the website so the two support each other.
How do I get more implant and Invisalign cases?
Those patients search and behave completely differently from somebody booking a cleaning. Implant and aligner cases get researched for weeks, and the patient is comparing practices based on what they can actually learn before they call. Three words on a Services page gives them nothing to read and gives Google nothing to rank. A full page for each of those procedures, the same services listed on your Google Business Profile, and reviews that mention the work are what put you in front of them. Nobody can promise you cases, but that is where they are being decided.
Should we list the insurance plans we accept on the website?
Yes, and it is probably the highest impact change on the whole site. Whether you take their plan is the first thing most new patients check, and when the site does not say, a lot of them close the tab and search again rather than call and ask. List the plans plainly and explain what happens for patients who are not covered. The one caution is that plan participation changes, so the page has to be kept current, which falls under Worry-Free Support and costs nothing extra.
We are out of network. Does that hurt us online?
It does not have to, but hiding it does. Practices that bury their network status end up fielding calls that go nowhere and frustrating people who found out late. Saying it clearly, explaining how you handle claims and payment, and being upfront about what a visit involves filters the traffic down to people who are fine with it. That is a better use of your front desk than a higher volume of calls that end the moment insurance comes up.
How do we get more reviews without making it awkward?
The awkward part is asking out loud, so stop doing that. A card at the front desk with a QR code lets the patient scan it and write something on their own time with no conversation attached. Dental has an advantage most businesses do not, since patients come back on a schedule and the hygienist has already spent forty five minutes with them. One firm rule is that nothing is ever offered in exchange, including contests, raffle entries, or a discount on the next visit, because that goes against Google's policies and can get reviews removed.
Be the Practice They Find When It Is Not Just a Cleaning
The office ranking above you is not doing better dentistry than yours. They just have a website Google can read and a profile somebody keeps up.
